Cutter Aviation Announces New Director of FBO Operations


Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the promotion of Richard P. Campbell Jr. to its Director of FBO Operations. In this new role, Richard will oversee all Fixed Based Operator (FBO) services across Cutter Aviation’s six locations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.


He started his career as a Customer Service Representative. His journey in the aviation industry continued through various roles, including Line Service Technician, Line & Service Facility Manager, and most recently, Regional Manager of Line Services at Cutter Aviation’s Phoenix Sky Harbor location.


As the Director of FBO Operations, Richard will provide ongoing leadership and support for General Managers across all FBO locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
